Terms and conditions
These terms govern buying from the online store of Ruoff Al Sharq Trading. They are subject to the E-Commerce Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its other applicable laws. By placing an order, the customer accepts them.

Orders and prices
Each product shows its price, and the order total is shown before the order is confirmed. Some products, including made-to-measure kitchens and wardrobes and custom orders, show no price: their quotation is sent after the design and measuring.
Payment
- Products with a listed price: paid when the order is placed, by the payment methods shown at checkout, and can be split with Tabby or Tamara.
- Made-to-measure kitchens and wardrobes and custom orders: paid in four instalments before supply, according to the agreed quotation.
Delivery and installation
Delivery and installation are free in every city of the Eastern Province. Delivery outside it is arranged with the customer. The order is delivered to the address the customer chooses when placing it.
Warranty
Products carry the agent's warranty for fifteen years.
Returns and exchanges
- Standard products: may be returned within seven days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.
- Made-to-measure kitchens and wardrobes and custom orders: cannot be returned or cancelled once production has started, because they are made to the customer's specifications.
